WhatsApp testing feature to allow users to create links to join calls on the messaging app WhatsApp has introduced a feature which allows users to link to voice call in the messaging app.
The first thing which pops into your mind in this case is the Facebook company trying to launch video calling feature. The Facebook owned messaging app has started testing the same with its beta app users.

First of all, the feature is not just limited to video calling feature as the chat feature can also be used to call another person on WhatsApp. You need to head over to WhatsApp’s chat screen and tap on chat option to join the call or call a contact from your phone book.
Once you enter the chat screen, WhatsApp will prompt you to add a call to contact for a specified amount of time. As it is mentioned by WhatsApp, users can share the link to join the video call and the feature is available for select users.
